How long does it take to build my website?
Most websites are done within 7 days of our kickoff call. The timeline depends on how quickly you can get us your content — business info, photos, and services. As long as you're responsive, we'll have your site live fast.
Do I own the website once it's done?
Yes — it's 100% yours. Once the project is complete and paid for, you have full ownership of the website. We can transfer it to your own Squarespace account or keep managing it for you with a maintenance plan.
What platform do you build on?
We build on Squarespace — it's reliable, easy to manage, and looks great on every device. You don't need any technical knowledge to update content yourself, and we're always available to help if you need changes made.
Can you update my existing website instead of building a new one?
It depends on what platform your current site is on. If it's on Squarespace we can update it. If it's on a different platform, it's usually faster and cheaper to build fresh rather than try to fix an outdated site. Reach out and we'll take a look for free.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is not included in the build price — Squarespace plans start at around $16/month and you pay that directly to Squarespace. We'll help you set it all up and pick the right plan for your business.
What do you need from me to get started?
Not much! We send you a simple intake form asking for your business name, services, service area, photos, and any branding you already have. Most clients finish it in under 15 minutes. We handle everything else from there.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — we typically take 50% upfront and 50% when the site goes live. If you need a different arrangement just let us know and we'll work something out. We want to make it as easy as possible to get started.
