Will the automated texts and emails sound like me?
Yes. We write all of the messages in your voice and you review and approve every single one before anything goes live. Most clients tell us the messages sound exactly like something they would have written themselves.
What if a lead responds to the automated text?
When a lead responds, the conversation comes to you. The automation handles the initial outreach and follow-up, but once someone replies, you take it from there. We can set it up so replies come to your phone as a regular text message.
